Shipment is carried out through the contractors UPS (http://www.ups.com)
and GLS (http://www.gls-group.eu).
Depending on the chosen tariff, delivery time within Germany is 1-2 days. For shipments abroad, delivery time depends upon the geographical location.

GLS supports us in the field of foreign shipments and the delivery of packages to non-EU countries. GLS distinguishes themselves through good cooperation with the local parcel services abroad.

Specificatons for shipment to Switzerland and Norway:
Parcels shipped to Switzerland and Norway will be delivered without the German VAT (MwSt).
However, tariff costs and custom taxes will be taken directly from the respective delivery service.
